"Spritesheet Frames Sampler" App for Windows

Spritesheet Frames Sampler can create keyframed (every Nth frame) copies of your frames' animation(s).

You can use those copies to generate new leaner spritesheet animations.  (Example: Change a 64-frame animation to 8 frames.
