"Spritesheet Splitter" App for Windows

Spritesheet Splitter can split (cut) spritesheets into sprites.

Optional: You can use those sprites in other projects, (e.g. doom mods), or collect every Nth frame to create new keyframed copies/animations, and merge (recombine) them into new spritesheets using a spritesheet creator app.
